Hey guys welcome back to another blog post. Today I'm going to talk about our task master that we had this week. Our task today was we had to make stilts out of news paper, string and tape. We had to use the stilts to walk across a path with poisonous grass, then we had to get to the end grab a small ball and run back. You can't touch the poison grass or your feet can't touch the ground. Here is my group working on our stilts. Anyway thanks for reading bye!!
I am a Year 7 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Great explanation Freya.I like it when children write a bit of information about what they have blogged.
ReplyDeleteHow did your team do?.I couldn't imagine it would of been easy trying to make stilts with paper.Paper isn't a very strong structure, even when folded several times.
Have a great holiday.
Hello Mrs Cassidy
ReplyDeleteMy team went pretty good at team work but we didn't win.
Yeah it was pretty tricky but it wasn't bad at the end.
Anyway have a good day.
