Activity 2: iMoko (week 3 )

Hey guys welcome back to another blog post. Today's blog is going to be about how I  be healthy and strong. So let's get started on today's blog. The first thing I do to be healthy is to eat heaps of fruit and vegetable like strawberry, water melon, blueberry's, raspberry, black berry's, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber and many more. The second thing is heaps of water  and mild because its good for you and its healthy. The  third thing I do is go for runs and do some excise in my  backyard. The forth one is I try  not to eat a lot of junk food life KFC or McDonald's and Wendy's. the last think I'm going to say is not play on devised 24/7 it isn't healthy and is really addictive.     I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and you're enjoying your summer holidays. It's awesome to see that you made some time to complete a few more activities over the last couple of weeks - well done! :)

    These are some great ideas on how to stay fit and healthy, Freya. I find it really hard to motivate myself to go for runs sometimes so I try to play lots of team sports instead. Do you play any sports?
